Prior to creating and managing ENERCAP, Alexandre worked as the Chief Executive Officer of a GHG / Energy consulting firm. Alexandre worked as the Purchasing, Energy, Quality and Sales Manager of several International companies, within the sector of the Automobile (Valeo/Delphi), Health (Biomerieux), Buildings (Gerflor), and Mines and alloys (ERAMET).
Function/Expertise: Alexandre helps governments and private companies with their GHG emission reduction strategies. His missions take place mainly in Gulf countries, China and Africa. Alexandre has a unique expertise in the Electrical Grid Equilibrium Management, where he has developed two patents.
Alexandre is an Engineer from INSA National Institute of Applied Science in Lyon, with a Masters in Business from HEC and a DESS in international purchasing management. Alexandre is certified in Bilan Carbone® from ADEME.
Valérie started her career at Auchan French distribution group. She occupied several positions, specifically in the marketing and development departments. After several years of experience within “grand distribution”, she worked as a management consultant in specialized training for CRECI and Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Function/ Expertise: Valérie coordinates the training branch of ENERCAP, providing services to local authorities and governments, as well as private companies. Additionally she also provides her expertise in missions with management/change management dimension.
Valérie holds a Bachelor in Business from Ecole de Commerce de Montpellier, specialized in Agro businesses.
Before joining ENERCAP, François worked for the United Nations, the European Council of the Chemicals Industry, and the French ministry for the Environment and Sustainable Development. Within this context, François has been involved in several projects and working groups at a European and international scale, in the topics of Environment and energy, participating in various international negotiations representing France and the European Union. He has also worked as a Renewable energy consultant for the GTZ (German International Technical Cooperation Agency).
Function/Expertise: François has developed a solid expertise in the international funding and financing mechanisms (Institutions, carbon credits, development agencies), specifically for the deployment of Renewable Energy technologies in developing countries. He collaborates within projects related to renewable energies and energy efficiency and external financing, as well as strategic studies related to the potential of the energy sector for companies and governments.
François holds a MA in International Relations and Law from Grenoble Institute of Political Studies and Oxford Brookes University, as well as a MSc in Renewable Energies from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.
Former Tenesol , Jean- Marcel Christian led more than 40 rural electrification projects – especially through renewable (PV) energy – and proposed , analyzed and evaluated solutions on technical, economic and financial mechanisms on ER concessions. He also served as an expert for the World Bank to the European Commission and the ADEME on Rural Electrification in PV . Jean-Christian Marcel including written tenders and selected candidates for the operation of ER concessions he installed (South Africa , Morocco , Indonesia, etc. . )

Vincent is a technical expert in the areas of energy markets , Power Systems , Natural Gas and LNG . He worked for 15 years in international multicultural teams and possesses great skills in recruitment , management teams and business relationship as a member of the Executive Committee and elected representative of the staff, and participation in energy markets with international organizations. He manages international projects , particularly the development of LNG projects dedicated to island power systems , management of relations with foreign partners, stakeholders and suppliers , preparation and presentation of reports to the Council Decision of Group EDF and management working groups of experts.

Francis is an expert in naval architecture and marine projects . He was Deputy Director General of Tecnitas ( Engineering Bureau Veritas Bureau). His training and industrial experience covering both the civil engineering and offshore marine and shipbuilding . He has conducted risk studies for LNG projects and participated in feasibility studies on the supply chain in several projects around the world. For 10 years he was a consultant expert for the European Commission for the restructuring of the shipbuilding industry.

With forty years of experience in designing and conceiving pipeline in twenty-one different countries, Jacques Talarmin has become an expert in transport technologies of every size, whether terrestrial, underground or submarine, with or without a compression station, mainly liquids. His expertise covers every step of the pipeline project, from the pre-feasibility technical and economic study to the conception and following of its realization. He perfectly masters the technical aspect, economic, regulatory, security, risks, environmental … His 30 years at Sofregaz, a leading pipeline and gas transportation company, gave him the opportunity to work on every existing practice in the world. In the last 15 years, he has worked on 37 pipeline projects, mainly overseas. He owns an oceanographic diploma, a master in Sciences, and numerous attestations from GDF and the Ecole Supérieure des Pétroles.
Bernard has over 35 years of experience in renewable energy and sustainable development . During his career, he successively worked as an engineer in the field of energy, before joining the ADEME , he led the renewable energy department . Bernard has developed a method of economic analysis specifically dedicated to investment projects in renewable energy and energy efficiency, TEC ™ ( Rate Capital Enrichment ) method . This is particularly using this method Bernard participated in the definition and implementation of tariffs for renewable energy purchases in France and worldwide . Bernard has also conducted several expert mission and analysis of renewable energy projects for international organizations and specialized institutes .
Bernard acts as a consultant specializing in renewable energies, to governments, international organizations and local communities. Bernard is an arts and crafts and a graduate in economics of energy, he is also certified Carbon ™ .
Bernard has developed its expertise in cogeneration Dalkia , Nestle and Air Industrie Thermique before creating his own consulting firm in 1998. Bernard was technical director for Air Liquide on the site of the Shell refinery for the proposed 310 MWe CCGT and the site Acérie Sollac Dunkerque for DK5 project. He was also a technical consultant for AMO Finergaz 5 projects gas turbine ( 40 to 100 MWe ) .

Michel has spent his career in major industrial groups ( Matra , ST Microlectronics , Valeo , Spie ) . Engineering physics and thermodynamics , he turned to Quality and the Environment which he managed systems improvement in these groups as well as project management . Before joining ENERCAP , he founded his consulting firm in environmental and energy support.
Function / Expertise: Michel advises and assists businesses and communities wishing to implement an environmental program and / or energy : ISO 14001 , COE , diagnostics, HQE , HPE , low consumption, green building , sustainable development. he is involved in audits and feasibility studies on the renovation of commercial and industrial buildings . Michel is a trainer and works on these issues.

Bernard Germain has over forty years’ experience in the fields of Gas, LNG and Gas to Power. His areas of expertise cover gas and oil treatment, process and infrastructures for gas liquefaction and LNG regasification plants.
Bernard has occupied various function in SOFREGAZ, he was amongst others Directors of the Engineering Department. He was therefore in charge of consultancy, Owner’s Engineer (OE) and engineering studies for major gas transport and infrastructures projects. In particular, he worked on more than 5 LNG importation terminals and conducted detailed engineering studies for more than 10 000 km of off-shore and on-shore pipeline. His responsibilities include the surveillance of the development of the FEED for gas or condensates, fluid hydrocarbons transports and gas/LNG export infrastructures.

Luc Evrard has over 16 years’ experience in the biomass project development. He started his career as Head of missions for the Association of Forest Communities and then continued as head of biomass supply in the Engineering Cabinet ENERGICO; specializing in renewable energies. He was also in charge of biomass studies within the SARL CBIOM, contributing to the realization of more than 120 biomass projects including, 30 large-scale projects for public and private owners throughout the French territory, biomass supply of energy production facilities, market studies to producers and energy companies, expertise on behalf of project banks, and more.

Magnus runs the Delin Consult firm specializing in the field of urban transport in Africa .. Delin and ENERCAP collaborate on several transport and energy in Ghana and sub-Saharan Africa projects.

Augustus Jonah is an experienced Civil Engineer and a Project Management Professional working as a local Project Manager of ENERCAP in Ghana.
Augustus Jonah started his career at Ki-Link in 2003 as an Assistant Engineer, and further joined Sterling Engineering as a Civil Engineer. In 2006, he joined Egypro Consultants’ team and became responsible for infrastructure and institutional strategies. He then joined JM and Partners; a firm of consulting business engineers. His career highlights include modelling, design, simulation and system development for the oil & gas, power, construction, water and telecom sectors – solving complex process and systems problems- finance, auditing and analysis of business and infrastructure.
Function/Expertise: Augustus holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MBA, project management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST) and Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) respectively.
Victoria has experience at both ECG and VRA in testing of protection and control faults. She worked as a Commissioning Engineer at ECG where she was responsible for pre-commissioning and commissioning tests on new and refurbished electrical equipment, reviews of all substation drawings, and power distribution management. She worked as a Project Engineer with ABB – one of the largest electrical companies in the world – where she was in charge of numerous construction works both as contractor and as consultant.
An expert in energy economics and energy markets, William GBANEY participated in many projects during his career in Ghana, Benin, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Nigeria, and other African countries.
As a consultant in Regulatory Electrical Sector, he recently provided technical assistance to RURA (Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority), in which he studied the pricing system of the country and then developed methodologies for the generation, transmission and distribution of study costs, financial and pricing models etc. He has performed similar tasks in Ethiopia for the EEA (Energy Regulatory Authority) as Project Director, and in Kenya as a Pricing Expert.

Before joining ENERCAP Adekunle was expert in a consulting firm in charge of Nigerian DSM and Gas Projects . In close collaboration with the Energy Efficiency Program , UNDP / GEF , it is also linked with all stakeholders , including : Federal Ministry of Food , Nigeria, the Federal Ministry of Environment of Nigeria Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission ( NERC) and the Nigeria energy Commission ( NEC) . He also worked at Headquarters ENERCAP in France on issues Carbon strategy .

Adekunle is a graduate engineer of the Ecole des Mines de Nantes. Adekunle has an M.Sc in Project Management for Energy and Environmental Engineering from Ecole des Mines de Nantes, France, and has carried out various projects related to demand side management and energy efficiency, waste management, including CCGT projects. After an early career as a project engineer in the design and management of pipelines in Nigeria, Adekunle possesses on-field knowledge and expertise in project management principles and techniques possessing good knowledge of a project life cycle. Adekunle possesses extensive knowledge of the local context in Africa, availing himself of all opportunities to research and analyse the socio-political, financial and economic institutions as they relate to energy efficiency and CDM development in Africa. Function/Expertise : Adekunle works with ENERCAP as Project Manager for various projects including energy efficiency, waste to energy and CCGT projects and carbon credit financing, providing consultancy services in energy and carbon strategies for our clients, both companies and states. Emmanuel has more than 25 years of experience and a former General Manager Engineering Division at the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission who has already led various projects of similar nature and complexity. He is a seasoned professional with a multi-disciplinary experience spanning over three decades in the power sector including fourteen years at top management level. As an electricity utility specialist in NEPA/PHCN PHCN, he has contributed significantly to network development and management as well as in electricity revenue improvement and protection in many places across Nigeria. As a NERC employee, he played a leadership role in establishing landmark regulations and operations that have sustained the viability of the power sector to date especially in preparation for the Transition Electricity Market.
Daniel has strong technical expertise and extensive experience in SENELEC where he was Head of Division , Head of Department and Head of Region, Member of the Board and Chairman of the Investment Committee. It was also recommended to the Minister of Energy and Chairman of the Technical Monitoring Programs Emergency Rural Electrification of ASER and Member of the restructuring and revitalization of energy ( CRRSE ) . Cheikh Sylla has 32 years of experience in environmental engineering, sustainable development, environmental diplomacy and environmental impact assessment. He provides strategic plans on a national and international level. The knowledge he has acquired in environment legislation from the numerous multilateral environment agreement he has taken a part in, is unrivaled. After 30 years at the Direction of Environment and classified Installations at the Ministry of Environment and Nature Protection, he has a perfect knowledge of the local regulatory framework, geographic sites and environmental constraints.
Cheikh has added to his diploma in environmental engineering, a formation in chemistry.
Ameth Baro is a financial expert in Senegal. For more than 25 years, he has had important posts in the economic and financial sector of Senegal. In his position as Financial Director at ATI, he handled the relations with governmental authorities, financial institutions. He developed modelling tools as well as financial analysis tools for investment projects. For the last two years, as a financial expert, he cooperated on projects for the Ministry of Transports, the Agency for road activities worth several tens of billions of FCFA. He also got to work on PPP position during his ATI mission as a financial expert.
Mamadou Baro has more than 30 years of experience as a lawyer and more than ten years in negotiating international contracts including: IPP Power Purchase Agreement, Purchase Agreement for Renewable Energy, EPC Contract, and the O&M Contract.
He worked for more than 20 years in SENELEC, where he has held the positions of Legal Affairs and Director of Market Procurement and Technical Advisor of the SENELEC CEO. He took advantage of this experience to develop broad legal and regulatory knowledge, as well as skills in mounting and negotiating IPP projects; particularly in Senegal.
Cyr is very experienced the power sector in Africa, especially for multi-country connections. Before ENERCAP , he was Director of the Department of Planning, Investment and Environmental Safeguard , Principal Expert WAPP (West African Power Pool) and Director General of the Communauté Electrique du Benin (CEB). His responsibilities included strategic management , development and performance in production , transport and import of energy for two members of the CEB ( Togo and Benin ) states.

Cyr is an Engineer , Mining Technical Expert , graduated from the National School of Metallurgy and Mines de Nancy ( France ) and the Donetsk Polytechnic Institute USSR (Currently Ukraine).
Oscar has worked in the Electricity Community of Benin (CEB) as Deputy Chief of the regional division of Benin (DRB). He has been head of section, and at the head of the Regional Division on operating missions, energy supply, maintenance management, personnel, and administrative matters with the authorities. After these experiences, he carried out audits and construction supervision of power lines in Benin.
He has performed various missions of LV and HV lines work including monitoring, assistance in network protection, resolution of technical problems, transformation and distribution posts, and verification of works plans. His long experience in CEB (between 1973 and 2002) has given him very important skills.

With over 30 years of experience in the Beninese Electric Power Corporation (SBEE), Saturnin Yedonou is an expert in electrical engineering; especially in electrical networks. He has worked in the electricity distribution network operation as Head of the SBEE Agency in Godomey and in production and transportation as Head of Electricity Service.
An expert member of various structures including the Benin Electric Community (CEB) and The Union of Producers and Distributors of Electricity in Africa (UPDEA), he participated in several seminars and technical meetings.

Kebir Ratnani has over 30 years of experience in the natural gas sector , electricity , mining and water . In particular, he was a Senior Vice President for SNC- Lavalin International, responsible for all water projects , energy , mining and infrastructure in Africa and the Middle East. Successfully concluded numerous cooperation agreements with various governments and he has won international contracts in more than 28 countries. Kabir holds 13 patents related to gas technology, petrochemical and natural environment.

Abdelmajid Heddar is a Moroccan expert in economics, finance and accounting. Having worked 30 years at ONEE, he has an extensive expertise in Moroccan fiscal, economic and energy contexts, and more generally in Africa.
As the CFO of ONEE, he was in charge of ensuring the provision and the availability of financial resources, assisting the economic and financial management, ensuring the economic and financial investment needs modeling, and ensuring the investment projects financing. He was also in relation with banking organizations, financial institutions and donors and participated in contract negotiations.
Function/Expertise: Mr. Heddar holds an MBA in International Trade from the prestigious Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussés in France.
Prior to his entering in Enercap, Eddy Simon was General Director of the energy department at the Ministry of Mines and Energy of Côte d’Ivoire for twelve years. His experience in the country’s Energy sector is unparalleled, he has a very precise vision of the actors, issues and the history of initiative and actions in the energetic field in Côte d’Ivoire. He built and conducted the electrical policy of the country. From 1988 to 1999, he was the head of the “PRODEV” project that consisted of transportation and distribution works. Later on, he was head of the “rural electrification” project at EECI, a major electrical project. Eddy is an electrical and hydraulic engineer, he furthered his studies by following numerous formations on technical and financial management.
Charles Zito has gained a long and rich experience in Schlumberger, SGS and the Directorate of Hydrocarbons in Côte d’Ivoire. He has negotiated oil contracts, designed and followed audit assignment of oil projects in Côte d’Ivoire. He has evaluated the company CNR’s project. During his 25 years at the General Directorate of Hydrocarbons, he has occupied the post of research officer, head of the exploration department and sub-director in charge of the following and economic evaluation of oil projects. He entered the Mining and Energy Ministry in 2008, where he served as Technical Consultant in charge of International Cooperation and Relations between Institutions.

David Applefield is a media specialist based in Paris and has extensive experience in Africa and the Middle East. He has designed and implemented numerous media strategies for Heads of State and Ministers in Africa, and has trained hundreds of media professionals and journalists for the World Bank, the U.S. Department of State and the NGO Internews. He was special adviser on media to President Abdoulaye Wade of Senegal. He is also the representative of the FINANCIAL TIMES for West Africa and Central Africa, and is in charge of special reports, including those on the Fight against Malaria (Combating Malaria), the Green New Deal for regional solutions climate change (Green New Deal for Regional Solutions to Climate change) and Business Women in the Arab World (Leading Businesswomen in the Arab World). David is also involved in the media cabinet AnglophoneMedia socially responsible, he is also Special Advisor to the humanitarian organization Sierra Leone Pikin Bizness, which allows children with heart disease benefit from open heart surgery. Since 2010, he works closely with ENERCAP to make energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions to African nations. Originally from Boston, he is based in Paris.
Former Prime Minister of Guinea -Bissau , Aristides Gomes brings to ENERCAP his unique and incomparable experience on issues of funding and energy policies in Africa. Aristide has held during his brilliant career many positions of responsibility and high – level in Africa . Aristide has been successively UNDP consultant for Energy Projects , Technical Advisor to the Ministry of Finance , Technical Advisor to the National Good Governance Project , National Authorising Officer of Guinea- Bissau for the European Development Fund (EDF) for Governor Guinea – Bissau with the African Development Bank ( AfDB) , Minister of Planning and Cooperation and the Prime Minister. Trained in international negotiations, he represented the Guinea -Bissau in several arenas of international negotiations and was copilot of the integration of Guinea -Bissau in the WAEMU zone . Since 2011, working with Arisitide ENERCAP in different missions in Africa.
Lansana has over 30 years of experience in electricity, electrification strategies, power generation infrastructure planning for EDG and the Mines and Energy Ministry. He also held several management positions in production and renewable energy sectors. He has been in charge of the identification of rural electrification project sites, the feasibility study and the execution monitoring, rural electrification programs in the Ministry of Mines and Energy, the national rural electrification program in the Hydraulic Ministry, micro-plants and the leader of the National Centre Project of ENR.
He has, during his career, overseen numerous projects on power lines and on the extension and rehabilitation of Guinea’s power grid.
Mamady Kourouma has over 30 years of experience including work at Electricity of Guinea (EDG) in the construction, rehabilitation and supervision of works and electrical lines in Guinea. Mamady was notably in charge of similar missions on the grid of Faranah, Siguiri, and N’Zérékoré (Guinea). In addition, he held various management and control positions concerning the infrastructures and electrical network of EDG. He acquired a strong technical expertise in network and LV – MV lines, monitoring and work execution. He also has very extensive knowledge of the electricity sector in Guinea including institutions, key actors and institutional patterns.
Mamadou is a major energy expert in Senegal and Burkina-Faso. He has spent most of his career working at the Mining and Energy Ministry in Senegal, as a National Director of Energy, and then of Industry. During this period, he was also named director of the “Management of the demand and Promotion of new energy sources” sector, a component of the sustainable management of traditional and new energy sources of the country program. Before Enercap, he worked as an energy expert and as an Energy and Telecommunications Director in the West African Economic and Monetary Union, notably on projects to improve the supply in oil products and energy (WAPP/PIDA).

Francis is an engineer in electrical engineering from Polytechnic School (former ENSUT) in Dakar – Senegal who has obtained a certificate of management from HEC Paris. He was Head of RICA Agency in Dakar before turning towards research and teaching at 2IE of Ouagadougou on energy and power issues, by becoming the training director.
He has led several projects including capacity building in the areas of electricity, energy, water, civil engineering, the environment, and management according to strategic organizational plans.

Wally is a technical expert at the origin of many conventions and patents in the field of LEDs and compact fluorescent lamps.
Abdoulaye spent his entire career in the electricity sector in Mali. For this reason, he is former director of accounting and financial operations at Electricité du Mali (EDM). After nearly 30 years of experience, he has a rich expertise and experience in energy strategies and project issues in Mali.

Dodji Agbezo, Director of the company Projet Production Solaire (PPS Togo), has expertise in design and installation of solar and wind systems on site, solar pumps and hybrid systems; expertise in biofuel (PPO, biodiesel, biogas); energy efficiency and socio-economic and environmental assessment of projects.
In addition to these strong technical skills, Dodji has a good knowledge of training and animation tools; especially thanks to his positions of coordinator of research and information center on alternative energy (CRIENA).
Expertise/Function: He holds a Master in Renewable Energy and was trained by Total/2IE on renewable energies.
He has proven experience in this field, being recently ADETEF expert (for France) for the program to support renewable energy investments in West Africa.
Ex- Chairman of the Renewable Energy Authority of Libya (REAOL), Fathi is a global expert in electrical power systems and renewable energy. Has over 32 years of Professional, Managerial and Academic experience. His professional area of interest covers: power system planning and operation, strategic corporate planning and renewable energy & energy efficiency. Since graduating in 1980, he worked as a staff member in the higher institute of electrical and mechanical engineering in Libya. In 1990, he joined the General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) where he was selected in 2006 to be the Libyan Transmission System Operator responsible. In 2007, he became the chairman of REAOL, the new governmental organization for renewable energy.
He also oversaw and directed the Libyan project of distribution more than 6 million of efficient lamps for administrative buildings, commercial and residential consumers.
Function/Expertise: He holds a MSc, and a Post-Graduate Diploma (PG-Dip) in power system engineering.
Mr. Juned Khan has many years of experience in Climate Change (Mitigation) and Energy (Clean Technology / Energy Efficiency / Renewable Energy) advisory services in developing in least developed countries. Juned is a Gold Medalist in postgraduate in ‘Energy Management’ and First with Distinction in ‘Engineering’ graduate from India.
Function/Expertise: Juned has extensive professional work in development and implementation of Renewable Energy Projects (solar, wind, hydro), Climate Change Mitigation and Energy Policy Studies. He has expertise in conceptualizing and formulating of monitoring & evaluation (M&E) programs for renewable energy, climate change mitigation, and energy efficiency projects. He has been working with the associates of UFCCC Secretariat as an external project assessor (R&I Expert) and Methodology Expert; having reviewed many project submissions for registration and issuance mainly in renewable energy and the energy efficiency sector.
Sateesh Kumar has extensive experience in CDM and GHG emission reduction projects. He has extensive experience in validation and verification of over 20+ project activities under CDM, VCS and Gold Standard schemes and also experience as a Project Engineer in environmental impact assessment studies for gas based power plant, ports and infrastructure projects. Sateesh has also developed expertise in green building concepts and various non-conventional energy sources. He has expertise in renewable energy, water treatment and sanitation, as well as energy efficiency and power generation engineering.
Prof BNK Njorogehas 35 years of experience in the energy, utilities, manufacturers and project developers in Kenya and, more widely, in East Africa. He has extensive project management experience in the fields of energy, electricity, energy efficiency, renewable energy. He has led, over the last 10 years, 11 projects funded by international financial institutions and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
He spent 28 years of his career as Project Manager in the fields of management, finance and economics, quality assurance and performance evaluation, engineering feasibility studies, preliminary studies, FEED, tenders, evaluation, monitoring, implementation and project supervision. For example, he carried out the feasibility study, the design and the implementation of over 1,500 km of 400 kV power lines.
Function/Expertise: He holds a Master from Newcastle University in UK and a PhD in Environment Engineering from Duke University in the United States of America.
Jean-Paul Sfeir has worked in the energy field for 23 years as consultant engineer and contractor in energy management projects. He has international experience and he is an expert of the Lebanese energy sector. Jean Paul is currently the general director and project manager in SOLARNET; developing his activities in the renewable Energy sector such as: solar energy, wind energy, heat recovery, hydropower, biomass gas systems, air conditioning, heating, plumbing, etc.
Function/Expertise: Jean Paul has an expertise in renewable energies, energy efficiency, and building and industrial mechanical systems. Jean Paul has a Bachelor of Engineering from Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Marseille, in France and a Master of Science in Energy and Buildings from the Cranfield Institute (UK).
With 12 years of career with World Bank and other NGOs working as a senior project officer in Ethiopia, Ketema has a lot of experience in project studies, program planning, implementation and monitoring. He worked as a socioeconomic survey team leader in large alternative energy and other diverse array of projects including a road project, irrigation projects and the Great Renaissance Nile dam in 2011. Similarly, he completed this responsibility by being a team leader of field survey under ENERCAP consulting firm at Dollo ado refugee center conducted in 2014 through the UNHCR invitation. He has a profound experience in socio economic surveys and statistical analysis, notably using different software such as SPSS and Excel.

His skills and areas of interest include: public / private partnership, Administration and Finance, Leadership, Situation Analysis and Reporting.
He is General Director of Best Practices Consultants Ltd, a company specialized in services of consulting and development support of the agricultural and rural areas specializing in: socio-economic progress, poverty reduction and food security in Sub-Saharan Africa. As a sociologist, he has led a project of planning, designing, supervision and implementation of a combined system of hydroelectric power and irrigation in Rwanda.
André holds a degree in economics and a BA in Sociology from the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium.
Ian is a motivated and respected professional with 30 years’ experience in both the petroleum and gas industries, exploration and development operations, project formation, portfolio management, commercial negotiation, finance, and corporate development.
He has proven proficiency in managing small to medium-sized oil company environments. He possesses extensive industry contacts and an ability to interact effectively with people at all levels and disciplines. He brings value to a board and management team through his practical, strategy formulation, operational and commercial risk management, access to funding, and corporate governance.
Having degrees in both Computer and Electrical Engineering, Jimmy spent part of his career as Technical Director within ECONERGIE. It was there that he acquired many skills including: feasibility studies and HV and MV lines design, modeling, design and control of electrical installations, tender preparation, and technical advising.
With an electrical engineering degree from ENSUT (Dakar), Moussa MOM has over 35 years of experience in the field of energy – particularly in Niger. He has worked over 30 years in NIGELEC as General Manager, Technical Adviser, Secretary of the General Director, and General Inspector. He also worked for the Multisectoral Regulatory Authority as Energy Sector Director.
His knowledge of the electricity sector in Niger is unique. His areas of expertise includes all aspects of the production, transmission and distribution of electricity. He has conducted projects for regulating the energy sector, renewable energy, energy efficiency and rural electrification.
Donatien is an electrical engineer with extensive expertise in electricity production, transmission and distribution, and renewable energy. He has over 20 years’ experience in CAGIDIAX as leader engineer and Managing Director, and nearly 30 years’ experience in the National Electricity Company (SNE) of Congo. Within the SNE, he held the titles of: Technical Director, Head of Distribution, Advisor to the and Director General; a career during which he did technical and commercial management of production and distribution works. He implemented new pricing and worked on the Djoué hydroelectric plant etc.
Before collaborating with ENERCAP, Nourredine worked for 16 years as Engineer, Director of Planning and Deputy Director General of the Algerian Electricity and Gas Utility (SONELGAZ). Afterwards, he worked for twenty years in the World Bank as senior and lead energy specialist in charge of: (a) carrying studies and energy sector assessment, managing technical assistance projects in several countries in Africa, East Asia and Maghreb countries within the Energy Sector Management Assistance Programme (ESMAP); (b) designing, managing and supervising implementation of projects mainly in China, and Indonesia, providing consulting service for power plants financing through carbon crediting.
Function / Expertise: Nourredine collaborates with ENERCAP for missions concerning the deployment of carbon crediting solutions for energy. He offers his consulting services and his exceptional knowledge of the region, as well as his unique experience in project financing.
Salah is the founder and CEO of TerraVertis, a Jordan Based consulting firm specialized in CSR, energy efficiency and green economy policies. He has also led a majority of energy efficiency and energy policy projects in TerraVertis over the past 7 years. Prior to this, he was the managing director of a consulting firm specializing in energy and electricity systems based in Saudi Arabia. Salah has a BA from George Washington University (Washington DC – USA) and more than 15 years of experience in energy policies and the electricity sector in the Middle-East.
